Being a gentleman is very important. It’s what sets us blokes apart from the Geico cavemen and makes us more like our modern current forms. Here’s a list of gentlemanly conduct, and you can trust me because I’m English and we were being gentleman before you lot even became a country lol.
- If it’s raining or a girl, obviously one you know it’s weird with strangers lol, is cold then offer your jacket. 1b. If she doesn’t accept the jacket then you have to push it, we know what girls are like lol.
- Hold the door open for people, not just girls, but for anyone and everyone. If someone opens the door for you thank them.
- When driving indicate or put your “blinker” on so others know what you’re doing.
- If you need to interrupt someone say excuse me, don’t just rush into it. It’s better to wait until someone is finished and then say something to the effect of “sorry to bother you”.
- At a restaurant tip accordingly. Good service means a good tip. Not a crap tip. Crap tip shows you have very little respect for others and you a tight arse. If you don’t have enough money, don’t buy that certain item. If it’s rubbish service leave as little as your heart desires.
I can’t think of anything else at the minute, so there may be a part two in a bit, but for now try it and see how it works.
